Fragile Doll Friday
This project is an examination of how society views people who do have children and start traditional families as being more whole. The series is centered around a group of antique porcelain baby doll heads that became the object of that frustration. In contrast to some of my previous series, I deliberately avoided planning out specific shots in the lead up to the project. I instead placed an emphasis on experimentation and instinct—playing more with color gels, low light, and materials.
